Almost ten years ago a friend took me to a gym in Budapest for the first time to climb a wall, and since then it has become an addiction. For me, climbing is the perfect sport, it helps to find a physical and mental balance, strengthens the deep muscles, improves posture, develops problem-solving skills, helps me to think more focused in everyday life. No two paths are the same, constantly finding ways to improve. In my training sessions I welcome anyone who would like to learn about bouldering, who would like to start on the path of improvement.
